Returns procedure

 
The Campo Marzio Online Shop would like to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction in terms of shopping experience and quality. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the order or if the products you have received do not meet the level of quality requested, you can return the purchased product within 30 days from the date of delivery.
 

How to request a return

To exercise a right of withdrawal, you should notify Campo Marzio Roma of his intentions by email to ([email protected]) or by calling us at +39 06 89270692 Mon-Fri 9am-8pm.
You will be asked to send the order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase. Then, you will have to specify the item(s) you would like to return and the reason of the return. Once you have completed the procedure, you will receive the return instructions on how to proceed by e-mail. Please remember that returned products must be sent in their original packaging, or, if damaged, in packaging of equivalent size and durability. All products must be intact and in new and unused conditions; moreover, the return instructions must be followed correctly. The Campo Marzio Roma Online Shop will reimburse the return only if all these conditions are observed.
Please make sure that you obtain proof of posting as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item and we reserve the right to charge you for any such lost or damaged item.
 

Reimbursement

Once the Campo Marzio Roma Online Shop has received the returned goods and checked that all the requirements have been met, a confirmation that the return has been accepted will be sent to you by e-mail. Refunds may only be issued to the form of payment that was utilized for the purchase. When purchasing with a credit or debit card, the time necessary for viewing the reimbursement depends on the institution that issued the card. If the full order is returned, any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are refunded. If only part of the order is returned, however, the shipping costs are not refunded (if paid). Please note: we inform you that Express shipping costs are non-refundable, both on partial or total return.
