Returns

Campo Marzio is always attentive to the needs of its customers and commits itself to the greatest customer satisfaction and experience possible. Shouldn't you be satisfied with the order or the products received, Campo Marzio will be glad to help you throughout the steps needed for the return or replacement of your order.

Conditions for requesting a return

Returns can be requested within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Products must be intact and never been used or wore.

We kindly remind you that it is important to:

  • - Keep packaging and boxes for at least 2 weeks;

  • - Keep the receipt, the gift recepipt or the invoice the parcel came with;

  • - Carefully check the products received before using them.

You can request a return only if:

  • - Products are intact and have never been used or wore already;

  • - The products have been used, but a manufacturing defect was encountered within 30 days from the delivery date (further conditions may apply).

To return a product, please use the original package or, if damaged, a package of similar size and weight. We kindly remind you that for packages of different sizes from the original ones, Campo Marzio will not take charge of the shipping costs.
