Delivery Options

Most international orders are despatched by DHL, posted within 5 working days.

In some cases we may use an alternative courier. This may be to improve efficiency, for higher insurance cover, or for faster delivery. Your delivery schedule will not be adversely affected.

Despatch & Delivery Schedule

Whenever possible goods are dispatched within 2-3 working days. If, for any reason, an order cannot be despatched within 5 working days, we will contact you as soon as possible. Unless otherwise arranged by email, please allow up to 30 days for delivery to destinations outside Italy.

Arrival of your Order

We cannot usually accommodate requests to leave deliveries outside, in out-buildings, or with neighbours, etc.. This is because most orders must be signed-for on arrival. The courier will usually leave a card if there is no reply when an attempt is made to deliver your order.

Please check your order when you receive it. Goods are packed carefully and securely but if anything is damaged, missing, or not as expected please contact us by emailing [email protected] as soon as possible, and in any case within 7 days after receipt of your package.
